Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) Athi River Headquarters on 25th November, 2022 welcomed students from NDC, Karen who were led by Lt.Gen. Albert Kendagor.

The Managing Commissioner Brigadier, James N. Githaga alongside Chief Operations Officer & Deputy Managing Commissioner, Col Rajab O. Mohammed led the Management team in apprising the students on KMC’s role and contribution in National Development and Security as well as the varied range of meat & meat products processed at the plant.

The NDC draws participants from Kenya Defence Forces and allied countries, Government Ministries, departments and State Agencies.

KMC Management team present were; the Production Manager, Ms. Gaudencia Liambila and Livestock Manager, Mr. Cyril Cheruiyot among

other Management team.

KMC continues to be a Preferred leading Government Abbatoir that offers learning and benchmarking opportunities.
