Kenya Meat Commission has a huge production capacity and infrastructure. It has a slaughter capacity of 1,000 large animals per day and 1,500 small stocks per day in Athi River and 250 large stock and 500 small stock per day in Mombasa.
KMC supplies its products to major towns i.e. Nairobi and Mombasa. KMC is expanding its distribution networks to other towns that include Naivasha, Limuru, Gilgil, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisumu, Garissa, Nanyuki, Isiolo, Lamu, Meru etc.
