KMC MEETS ITS FRANCHISE PARTNERS

In accordance to KMC’s mandate to increase the accessibility of the Commission’s meat and meat products to Kenyans in all regions, KMC has held a meeting with the winners of the franchise bidding at the Commission’s boardroom.

The main agenda of the meeting was to present offer letters to the successful bidders. The meeting was chaired by the Managing Commissioner Brigadier J N Githaga who briefed them on the expectations, requirements and standards to be met. Furthermore, he also took the opportunity to congratulate and welcome on board the four franchisees who will be partnering in propagating the commission’s vision and agenda. The Franchise outlets will will be located in Kilimani, Eastern Bypass Prison Area, Thika Road TRM and Kamakis

In addition, there was a presentation of the content of the contract by the company secretary, Mr. Ademba. This is to ensure there is mutual understanding and forms a basis of operation for all franchisees.There was discussions on the Halal aspect of KMC and the fact that all partners associated to KMC must adopt it. As KMC works towards increasing its visibility, franchise outlets equally form a platform for job creation and thus contributing to ncreases employment to a number of Kenyans in different places.

Mohammed, Deputy Procurement Manager Colonel M Maluki, Deputy Production Manager Captain Muli, Company Secretary Mr. Ademba, Production Manager Ms Gaudencia Liambila, Quality Assurance Manager Ms Sarah Chepkoech and Sales & Marketing Manager Ms Lydia Mandila,
